Welcome to the website of Elite Event Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a rental order.
1. Rental Agreement
By booking with Elite Event Rentals, you agree to rent the selected items for the agreed-upon date(s) and accept responsibility for their care and return.
2. Booking & Payment
• Rentals are confirmed once a booking form is submitted and a deposit or full payment is received.
• We accept payments via [insert payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cash App].
• The remaining balance (if applicable) is due before or at delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery and pickup are available based on your location and event time.

• Extra fees may apply for stairs, long distances, or last-minute schedule changes.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a partial refund (minus a processing fee).
• No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery.
• Weather-related cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Damages & Losses
• Rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• You are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items and will be charged replacement or repair costs.
• Please do not use rented items on uneven, muddy, or wet surfaces unless previously approved.
6. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure someone is present at the delivery/pickup location to receive and return items.
• Use items only for their intended purpose.
• Do not allow unauthorized modifications to rented equipment.
7. Liability
Elite Event Rentals is not liable for:
• Any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of rental items
• Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters)
Use of our equipment is at your own risk.
